Hello, booked sessions must be completed within the payment period and cannot be automatically extended or refunded. We understand that scheduling conflicts can sometimes arise. We will do our best to offer make-up sessions within the next two weeks if seats are available, but availability is not guaranteed. Please book as soon as possible.
